BITS OF BROADWAY PERFORMING ARTS CAMP
Monday, July 30 – Friday, August 3, 2018
Directed by Mary Ward and Ben Senterfit, this fun filled week-long camp creates an exciting performing arts experience for children and youth. Campers learn songs, scenes, dance/choreography from Broadway musicals and also explore the wacky world of improvisation. All material and activities are creatively structured and tailored to meet the needs of FOUR age groups:
SHOWSTOPPERS for rising 1st and 2nd graders
RUNAWAY HITS for rising 3rd and 4th graders
MATINEE IDOLS for rising 5th and 6th graders
MODERN MILLIES AND MIKES for rising 7th and 8th graders
The week culminates with an entertaining showcase presentation for family and friends on Friday at noon!
9:00am to 4:00pm on Mon, Tues, Wed, and Thurs
9:00am to 1:00pm on Fri (noon showcase)
Tuition = $385 (payable to Community Music Space)
July 9 – July 13, 10am-4pm. For kids entering 7th-10th grade
Here is your chance to make your very own short film!
Did you know that with just a phone and a bit of creative thinking you can create quality short films? In this week long camp we’ll dive right in to the film making process learning essential techniques of lighting, editing, and post production techniques. Then we’ll screen our works at the end of the week! Directed by Jesse Rolfe
