Carl Gardner
Bassoon/Saxophone
Carl has enjoyed a dynamic career as a performer and educator. His solo appearances include concerto performances with the Fresno Philharmonic Orchestra, the Oberlin Chamber Orchestra and the New Haven Chamber Orchestra. His work as a musician has taken him to communities all over America and across the world. Carl is fortunate to have performed on many great stages including the KKL Lucerne, Carnegie Hall, Jazz at Lincoln Center, David Geffen, Alice Tully, and Fisher Center Sosnoff Theater. After working as a resident artist at the New Haven Chamber Orchestra Carl joined The Orchestra Now at Bard, where he currently performs duties as co-principal of the bassoon section.
