summer camp POLICies

Missed Days

There is no make-up or credit for any missed days of summer camps. This includes enrolling after the camp has begun. Proration of camps is determined by the staff on a case-by-case basis

Cancellation

Community Music Space reserves the right to cancel summer camps with insufficient enrollment. If a camp is canceled, students will be notified and given the opportunity to transfer to another camp. If a student does not enroll in another camp, they will receive a full refund. There will be no refund for canceled camp due to weather or extenuating circumstances

Withdrawal

You may withdraw from a camp thirty (30) days prior to the start of camp and receive a full tuition refund. Notification received less than thirty (30) days prior to the start of the camp will result in no refund. Extenuating circumstances will be determined  by the staff on a case-by-case basis

Care of Students

Community Music Space is not responsible for providing before or after-camp care for students.

Injuries

You assume all risk of injury or harm to the child(ren) or adult(s) associated with participation in musical activities at Community Music Space and agree to release, indemnify, defend and forever discharge Community Music Space and its officers and staff from all liability, claims, demands, damages, costs, and expenses in the unlikely event of injury sustained by your child(ren) or adult student during the course or as a result of their participation in Community Music Space activities.

Photo/Video Release

Unless requested via email, Community Music Space is granted permission to take photographs/videos of the students to use in brochures, websites, posters, advertisements, and other promotional materials.
