Come join for a meditation in motion – graceful, carefully structured, relaxed and flowing movements that combine strength with resilience and vigor with gentleness. Accurate, repeated practice will retrain posture, encourage circulation throughout the body, maintain flexibility through the joints and further familiarize students with the martial arts applications.
